The homemade bread was so satisfying to make – punching down that pillowy dough was the best part. Rubbing the warm, crusty bread with garlic is a genius trick; the flavour is incredible. The fresh tomato topping is so simple but so vibrant. I topped mine with Jamón Ibérico as you suggested, and it felt like I was right back in Spain. This is my new go-to appetiser!
