Hey Robin, I have tried using Nutella instead of peanut butter and it was incredibly tasty! However I have not tried to use honey instead of splenda, I have experimented with this recipe at least 12 times and splenda gave it the best result due to the fact that it mimics sugar. The sugar is the secret in making these fudgy and delicious. Let me know how you go if you try it with honey! Enjoy Xx
