I seared the chops and once there seared I placed them in a crockpot, then I made the onion gravy, omitting the cream, and cooked them on high for a few hours, till the pork was done, then took out the chops and chicken in the cream and placed the chops back in, I made it once on the stove and once in my crockpot…. Either way it’s really good…

Hi Cathy, Yes you can but you need to also add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar to 3/4 cup of milk, stir, and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes so it curdles and thickens. Xx
