Ive freezed it in vacuum sealed bags. 2 cups per bag. And it taste exactly the same after 4 months of freezing. Just makesure you get all the air out

Hi Cindy, Yes! That sounds delicious. You can definitely add drained and rinsed cannellini beans to bulk it up or even replace the sausage. I’d recommend stirring them in during the last 45 minutes of cooking, at the same time you add the tortellini, so they warm through without getting mushy. Enjoy! Xx
