I just wanted to thank you for your efforts. I use your recipes often and have enjoyed them greatly. This one we have found cans well. Just make sure you put everything in the jar raw. Our first time, we cooked it first and the chicken came out dry and overcooked. Love your recipes!!!

In reply to Shannon. Hi Shannon, Yes, this recipe freezes really well! You can freeze the cooked chicken in the sauce for up to 3 months. Just make sure it cools down completely before putting it in an airtight container or a heavy-duty freezer bag. Enjoy Xx

This has become a family favourite! I serve it with rice and marmalade glazed carrots. To die for! Have made for guests who immediately requested the recipe. 10/10 s cuz 5 ain't enough!
