East and delicious. I omitted the lemon juice and finished with balsamic vinegar. I also sautéed some sweet onion before adding the beans. Husband raved over them.

Just made last night and it seemed a bit bland. I think a reader’s suggestion of sprinkling with parmesan cheese is a great idea! (now if I had fresh-from-the-garden green beans, then that’s a 2-thumbs up already!)
