Hi Linda, keep it low and slow to retain the moisture. Slice only what you need, place it in a baking dish with a splash of broth or the leftover honey garlic sauce, and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325°F until just warmed through. You can also microwave slices on 50% power, covered. Xx

I didn’t change a thing and this was absolutely delicious! I had a 3 pound roast so i used my meat slicer and froze the rest for sandwiches. I did try a sandwich, and it was
perfect.
