Excellent! It was tasty and delicious. I decided to make 2 chicken breasts on the stove and 2 in the air fryer (as an experiment). Both were excellent and tender though the fried chicken breasts looked more appealing. Thank you for this recipe! I will be making it often!

My picky 17 year old cannot get enough of this! It’s one of the best recipes I’ve found for chicken that is low carb and doesn’t come out dry.

Ooooh! Parchment paper is a good idea. Thanks for the tip. I have sets of quality cookware, but nothing that is branded as non-stick. I was worried about the results.

Great recipe! When it says use a nonstick pan, they mean it. I cooked two in a regular pan and it stuck like crazy. Cooked the remaining two in the nonstick pan and it turned out fantastic!

There are very few online recipes I have made that have been as good as reviewed but this is one of them. I did reduce the amount of Italian seasoning to just a sprinkle on the chicken and in the egg wash and used fresh grated Parmesan reggiano. Even my ultra picky daughter loved it . This is definitely being added to my recipes.
