AWESOME ! I was unable to find Tamarind Purée at my Whole Foods so I added 1 T extra of brown sugar, 1 T extra Fish Sauce and 1 T extra Oyster Sauce. My hubby & I LOVED IT !! I will be making it AGAIN & AGAIN!
