Hi Rhonda, I would stick to 350 degrees. If you have extra time spare, cook them at 300 but you will need to check them at the 2.5-3 hour mark of cooking to make sure the meat is pulling back from the bone. Xx

I was a bit worried when I realized I had a 1/2 bottle of kc masterpiece and a 1/2 bottle of sweet baby rays. I mixed them together added the worchestershire sauce and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar along with the garlic and salt. Omg, my family is begging me to make it again. 6 lucky eaters and they loved it
