What a great tasting dish. I cooked the chicken in an air fryer. Had no sweet chilli sauce and substituted it with 1/3 Siracha, 2/3 honey and a teaspoon of rice wine vinegar. Also added a tsp of mirin seasoning. My husband wants more, more, more!

Hey Christopher! I didn’t marinade these at all! Although you definitely can for a deeper flavour. I’d say 30 minutes is a good amount for this recipe 🙂
