Do the potatoes cook with the turkey the entire time? Roasting and broiling?

Yes, you will cube the potatoes but do not need to peel. Hope that helps! XO

I made one little change and substituted the potatoes with tri-colour carrots, brussel sprouts, and butternut squash. It tasted fantastic! The juices from the turkey gave the veggies so much flavour. The gravy was also spectacular. My mom is a notorious (household) food critic and even she was impressed! Thank you for this amazing recipe!
