Hi! Your Nutella pancake recipe is inspiration for the gods! My son and I made them this morning. We did, however, make a slight modification, if you would like to know. We added mascarpone to the melted nutella in the middle. I think you might need to try that. I believe you will be modifying you recipe from then on, if I may be so bold.
