I wanted to let you know that you have a TRUE Spirit of a TRUE Prize fighter. You have the strength to fight your illness, and I hope you are doing much better now. I can relate personally to you having endometriosis. I had it bad, making my body swell in pain. I had five laparoscopies to remove the lesions. It only came back worse. Other treatments did not work any better. So, the only other thing to do was get a full hysterectomy. I am free from this painful bondage. God bless your health.

Hi Karina,

I recently came across your site this past weekend where I used your pancake recipe. They came out amazing and I’m excited to check out more of your recipes!

I try to cook as much as I can for my family and love using recipes from different people to see what is out there and different ways to make the same dish. Keep up your great work!
