The marinade/dressing was a little too sweet for me. It’s a good base recipe though. I think it would benefit from an addition of spice maybe some alepo pepper or sriracha to balance the sweetness.

I also added some chopped pecans and queso fresco to the salad.

I have tried many recipes from this site. This honey mustard chicken salad recipe is my go to. I don’t use corn kennel I swap it out with mango.My family loves this. Why I love this recipes is because it a 2 in one .
