My kids had so much fun scooping their own warm sushi bites onto small seaweed sheets for dinner last night. This is such a great recipe!

Could I prep this the night before and just bake it right before dinner?

This sushi bake is a total game changer! The flavors are spot on and it’s so much easier than rolling individual pieces. My family couldn’t get enough of it!

I made this for a party and it was a total showstopper! Everyone loved it. The rice seasoning was perfectly balanced, and the creamy crab and shrimp topping with the sriracha mayo had just the right amount of kick.

My favorite part was the layer of nori in the middle – such a great idea! It added a perfect savory note and a slight textural contrast. I baked it until the top was just a little golden and bubbly. Served with extra nori sheets and some avocado, it disappeared in minutes. This is such a fun and easy way to get that sushi flavour without all the effort of rolling. Definitely making this again!

Hi Lynn, I used a 8” wide x 8” deep x 2” high pyrex dish, but you can use any small dish. Enjoy baking Xx
