Best ever! Get quality sirloin steaks. I tenderized, kosher salt and chilled open to air in fridge 12-16 hrs. Used Jack Daniels #7 steak seasoning. I drizzled some of the butter on top of steaks towards end of cooking. Gas range on middle griddle

Todays Father’s Day. My husband was a little upset because there was no A1 sauce for the steaks he was going to grill. Someone was pouting. I got on Pinterest. It’s always my to go app for any recipes. I made this sauce and became a hit with my husband, who is no longer pouting 😁 and the rest of my family.
