Recipe is very good but roasting time is completely off. We had to cook ours for much longer almost 2 hours until was med rare.

I made your Prime Rib for Christmas Dinner.It was delicious! Unfortunately I forgot to put the butter and spices on before I cooked it! I melted the butter and used Italian Seasoning and mixed it with the meat juice. It was a delicious save!!
