This was super easy and very tasty. I added a tablespoon+ of cornstarch and some extra water and seasonings because I wanted a little thicker and extra sauce to have for the rice. I was also more generous of seasonings on the chicken breast with pepper, garlic powder and salt. I am a garlic lover and easily tripled the garlic and minced in so it would incorporate into the sauce. I also cut my chicken breast into long strips. Very good and simple and easy to make for a huge crowd too. Really can’t go wrong with any way you do this. The more spices the more flavor too. A keeper. Thank you!
