Hi Cynthia, thank you for pointing that out.

That line should refer to the oven temperature, not the cooking time. When baking, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and cook the wings for about 40–45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they’re crispy and the color looks golden. I’ve updated the post to make that clearer.
