Made this last night and honestly didn’t expect it to be THAT good. The balsamic chicken with the avocado and mozzarella together is insane 😭 I ended up eating straight out of the bowl after serving myself. Definitely making this again.

I’ve tried many garlic bread recipes in the past with most of them being failures, but this one knocked it out of the park!! It reminded me a lot Texas Toast garlic bread which is exactly what I wanted. Everyone at dinner loved it!

Imo, these are a little too good. I accidentally mixed a bit of shredded mozzerella into the paste which I spread on both sides of the bread, which crisped the bottom. 🙂

yeah this bread wasn’t to bad, probably could do with a tad more garlic but that comes down to personal preference, ( or it was the garlic paste i used not sure).
