Just had a practice making these 3 ingredients. I suffer with osteoarthritis so my grip and whisking power is poor.
Soon mixed and in the frying pan. 3 minutes, flipped and on a plate. I am having banana sliced and a drizzle of honey on mine. Hubby has lemon on his as he has diabetes.
Very light and enjoyable. Washing up soon done..
