Do I use skin off or on for this recipe as you say skinless but then in the recipe you say, “place salmon fillets, flesh side down”?

My wife and I tried it today, I did the cooking though.😎 The recipe was great. My only criticism is that you didn’t mention how long on each side. I know better but others may not. We used fresh never frozen fillets no skin, I cooked some diced potatoes and sauteed them with green pepper and onion. Some green beans and it was so good! Thank you for a great simple recipe.
