Very happy I found this recipe! It is the absolute best by far. I use panko breadcrumbs and if I don’t have fresh garlic, I use Garlic Festival’s garlic pieces. I won’t make salmon any other way! Delish!!

This was the first fish dish I gave to my kids & “pink chicken” (what we called salmon when they were little) has been a hit at our house ever since. This recipe is still our favorite & it gets requested by my kids foften. Thanks so much for this gem of a salmon-cooking method! Our fish turns out amazing every time.
