I made this for my family and it was absolutely delicious!! The only thing that I did different was I seared the chicken then transferred it to a pan then in the oven at 350ºF until it had an internal temp of 160º. While it was in the oven I made the rest of everything. I did use the optional wine method but only had Sherry so I used that. My family told me that this was a 10 out of ten to make again.

In reply to Madeline. Hi Madeline, It's best enjoyed fresh, however you can store the chicken and sauce in an airtight container in the fridge. When reheating, the sauce might separate or get thick. Just add a splash of water, chicken broth, or extra cream while warming it up gently on the stove to bring that silky texture back! All the best for the party! Xx
