In reply to anne whitmeyer. Hi Anne, I tend to find my family will eat at two thighs, for this is perfect for 3 people. However I find I am more than satisfied with one thigh as the dish is quite heavy with the cream cheese. Hope this helps Enjoy Xx.

I just love this recipe especially with the artichokes. Question: how many servings? Is it one or two thighs per person.
