Excellent dish and so simple to make. Only used 1/3 cup parmesan cheese because that’s what I had, then added same amount of gouda cheese. Served over zucchini noodles 🥰

Delicious result despite using pre-grated parmesan cheese. I used chicken broth with the heavy cream, it made a very nice creamy sauce. I added quartered button mushrooms as well and put everything over vermicelli pasta. It took me over an hour to put together, I guess I’m a slow cook, but it was well worth it!

Love this recipe have made it many times. I use chicken sometimes and works great also change out the cream for coconut milk.
