When I read the notes at the end of important tips to remember…drying off the salmon before cooking, lowering the heat before cooking the garlic…those things are not mentioned in the recipe steps. If they are so important, why aren’t they part of the process instructions?

This was a really delicious dish! I wanted to try a new way to cook salmon and this was exactly what I was looking for. The family loved it. I served it over quinoa!
