Missing the eggnog readily available in North America during the holidays – and now living in Europe – I set out to make eggnog last year to somewhat disappointing results. This year, I sought out a new recipe and happened upon this one. Not only is it absolutely delicious, but the recipe is also super easy and straightforward compared to the others I tried. This recipe is definitely going to go into the file for next year!! Thank you!

Her’s though, had raw egg in it which we now know not to use. I’m definitely going to give this a try next week when my granddaughter visits from out of state.
