Your recipes are absolutely amazing; I love to cook and have done so for many many years. My late Mother I always said was the best cook ever …..you come a close 2nd!

I currently am working out the menus for our Son, Stuart, who visits us every few months from the UK. (We live in Spain). It’s a real pleasure and how lucky we are to have you produce such fabulous food.
