This is one of my favorite recipes. I do use a few cups of heavy cream. And I omit the peas just because I do not care for them, but this is downright delicious!

This soup is delicious! It’s creamy and hearty, a perfect meal for a cold day. I didn’t have enough egg noodles so I substituted Acici di Pepe pasta (petite pasta used in Italian Wedding Soup), very tasty! I froze half the batch and thinned with chicken broth when reheating. This recipe is a keeper! Thank-you!

This was excellent. I added more milk, a can of corn, more carrots and celery, as well as rosemary, thyme, a bit of sage, pepper and Mrs. Dash Original. Used 3 cans of canned chicken instead of thighs, as it was what I had on hand.
