Can I bake it in the conventional oven or a toaster oven?

Filling, cheap, and nutritionally balanced. HAD TO USE ROUNDED 1/3c cottage cheese znd up the cooking time to nine minutes. Suggest using hot chili crisp oil vs regular hot chili oil. Subbed regular honey in the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Taste: #7/10. Spiciness: #2-3/10.

I just made this last night and i must say it was one of the best cottage cheese toast i ever had. Definitely going to make this again!

In reply to Ray. Hi Ray, Thanks for your feedback. Yes you can, just place the oven in a broil (grill) mode, and make sure you toast the sourdough first before adding the cottage cheese. Enjoy! Xx
