Awesome recipe! I was guided to make and fry some coconut shrimp which I have not done in a long while. I remembered having some shrimp in the freezer and some beer I saved from the last time in a Foodsaver jar many months ago. However, I only had about 1/4 cup of coconut and homemade sourdough bread crumbs. However, I was inspired. Turns out the shrimp were Small! Too small to even try and butterfly. So I prepared them as they were, added more breadcrumbs than you called for. Froze them for less time being small and one minute on each side they were browned and done! DELICIOUS!! So Easy and so Yummy!! Will make again with larger shrimp! Thanks for sharing!

In reply to Rs. Sweet chili sauce is a product. Find it in the Asian food section; it's usually in a tall thin bottle (like a stretched out ketchup bottle), but there are some American versions in conventional sauce bottles. HTH
