Hi Callie, Yes, one 32oz bag is exactly enough that equals the 2 pounds of beef the recipe calls for. Just be sure to use plain, unseasoned meatballs so the flavours don’t clash with the sweet and sour glaze. Skip the ketchup completely! The ketchup is only meant to be mixed into the fresh meat to keep it juicy. Since you are using pre-made meatballs, just make the sauce exactly as written with the jellied cranberry, chili sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar. Xx

Not overly sweet recipe. People appreciated that as the grape jelly version is just too sweet. Really enjoyed and super easy to make.

Hi Cat, check out step 4 in the recipe card towards the bottom. Add the meatballs to the sauce on low heat in your crock pot.
