Top 5 recipes in our household – on rotation all year round! My husband and I will eat it for 3-4 days! Serve it with chips, in a tortilla, on a bed of greens, on quinoa with pulled pork or chicken – the possibilities are endless! Hey Paul, I would suggest leaving the avocado out if you plan on storing the dish for a few days to prevent it from browning and turning to mush. Hope this helps!
