Just mixed the marinade for tonight’s dinner, and I am so excited. Like many others, I discovered this recipe during COVID and it was quickly a family favorite. Feels fancy but is super easy! Margaritas make it all feel especially festive!

This was a great marinade w/ everything you have in the pantry aside from not having an occasional lime. We used the shaved beef from Aldi- (customer at the store said they have had great success) so i tried. Great taste w/the marinade. Definitely holding onto recipe

All I can say is YUM..made it tonight for the first time, and going forward, this will be the only way I marinate steak for fajitas. I left the steak in their for about 2 hours, brought it out of the fridge 30 minutes before I was going to put it on my grill..
