Hi Leroy, I find that seafood broth is the best, otherwise just use a low-sodium chicken broth, it will taste great Xx

I have tried other garlic shrimp recipes, this is the best ever. I only had a pound of large shrimp 16 – 24 count but used the measurements in the recipe anyway because I was serving over pasta and wanted extra liquid. I have another meal for tomorrow so this is a winner on many levels. Appreciate the details you provide in your recipes. Look forward to making many more of your recipes.
