Another winner from Karina! It’s super delicious and so simple to whip up. I added a splash of milk to thin out the sauce a bit and tossed in a handful of baby spinach to sneak in some extra greens. A definite 10/10!

I’ve made this a few times with chicken thighs, and it’s so delicious!! Has anyone tried making it with chicken breast?

Years later I still use this amazing recipe . I make a few subs. I double the recipe seasons for when I season the chick and put in skillet. I do a little less thyme and rosemary in the sauce. I use chicken breast that I flatten out and put my rosemary /thyme oil on . (Hence why I sub less of thyme /roswmary ).

And pretty much everything else is a hit.

Everyone that has ever tried this dish loves it and even the disuse sause has made it on my crawfish pasta and shrimp pasta and they loved it .
