In reply to Mikaela. Hi Mikaela, this is an incredibly delicious recipe. I would serve this with creamy mashed potatoes or pasta. You can do a simple side salad or use my easy tomato salad. If you prefer not to use wine, you can substitute it with chicken broth or a mix of red grape juice and a splash of vinegar to mimic the acidity and flavor profile wine brings to the sauce. Enjoy! Hello!!

I haven’t made this yet, what do you serve this with? Over noodles? Or would there be a better side that would complement this? Also, we are non alcohol home, what would you recommend in place of red wine? I am excited to try this and branch out my cooking skills!

Maybe I was just incredibly hungry but this dish was delectable. I used the stove top instructions with boneless skinless thighs so cook time was adjusted accordingly. I look forward to serving this for years to come.. definitely a keeper! Thank you
