Ruined my whole family on restaurant fajitas, the best fajitas are made at home with this recipe. Every other fajitas just isn’t near the flavor.

I have made this recipe so many times; it is a family favourite! The tangy lime and the cilantro pack in so much flavour! My 11 year old who loves anything sour asks for it as his birthday dinner for the last 4 years. Thank you for creating and sharing this recipe! I usually substitute red onion for green onion for a less onion-y flavour, but everything else is made as written. My only comment is that I once made it with bottled lime juice and it was way too strong, I now stick to those freshly squeezed limes!
