Added a big squeeze of fresh lemon juice & olive oil too the dressing as hubs is not a big fan of balsamic. It balanced perfectly! Delicious recipe, thank you.

In reply to Lynne. This sounds SO good! Grilling the chicken on the BBQ after marinating overnight must have added so much flavor. And yes…the basil really makes everything pop at the end. This is delicious! I doubled the marinade. Marinaded the chicken overnight. Grilled on BBQ. The basil on top adds to the flavor. Added croutons. Already sent the recipe to family & friends.

I made this with my family the other night it was delicious. It was a little sweet, super flavorful. We cook the chicken on a flat top on the stove and it was so moist and juicy. We did marinate it for about an hour and a half before cooking it.. We also added red onions. It was really really good. Would definitely make it again.
