This was a big hit at a family celebration dinner! I had never had asparagus cooked this way, but it was so good, and perfectly cooked. I used butter instead of oil, because butter makes everything better. 🙂 Thank you for sharing this recipe.

This is a great recipe if you have people that don’t like the taste of asparagus (personally, I do). The garlicky cheese, and salt and pepper, are such a great flavor combination, that you don’t even taste the asparagus. It was a big hit in my house 👍
