In reply to Pat. Hi Pat, Yes, you absolutely can! Preparing the garlic butter mushroom filling a day ahead actually makes it easier to work with, since the butter will firm up in the fridge. Just store the cooked mushroom mixture in a sealed container and stuff the chicken breasts right before you sear them on Sunday. Don't stuff the raw chicken a day early. Enjoy! Xx
