In reply to LW in SE WA. If you’re looking for a substitute to steak from time to time, I’ve made this recipe with cubed chicken breast several times and it’s also delicious! Plus a bit more budget friendly :)

Just make sure to pat the steak dry, rub it all over with the Cajun seasoning, and sear it on each side for about 3-5 minutes, depending on its thickness and how you like it cooked. Once it's done, let it rest for a few minutes before pouring that glorious garlic butter all over it. Enjoy Xx
