In reply to Claire. Hi Claire, Yes, you can keep the uncooked dough in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Just make sure it is tightly covered so it doesn't dry out, and let it come back to room temperature before you roll and cook it. Alternatively, you can cook the entire batch without the garlic butter, let them cool completely, and store the cooked naan in the fridge for up to 4 days. They reheat perfectly on the stove or in the microwave! Enjoy Xx

Will the remaining uncooked dough be ok to keep in the fridge until I need it again?

First time making naan and omg this is amazing! great instructions and recipe for a first timer. The only thing I changed was the temperature when cooking it it was a little too high so in turned it down to just two under medium even then I only had to cook this for 1 minute on each side!
