Hi there –

I’ve made butter chicken quite a few times (i cook Indian food regularly) and can’t bring myself to add in the sugar.

Tastes great without it…just wondering why the sugar is required?

I’m currently making this dish for the umpteenth time since I first found this website in 2020. This has become one of my comfort meals and it has never once disappointed. To needlessly spout baseless accusations about how this recipe was “clearly written with AI” is ignorant and, frankly, rude.
