Made this today. Delicious. I recommend making double the glaze. You don’t have to use it all on the ham. Some can be saved as a sauce (thinned some).

Wow! – This glaze is simply superb. Wife announced she never wants a slice of ham that wasn’t done this way. High dudgeon indeed. After 60 years, one of the two of us have tried about every fad coming down the pike. Full stop. This and nothing else.
Made your corn casserole to go with it. Left them swooning on the floor! Daughter demanded the recipe to take home with her.
S-I-L loved the dressing on your easy tomato salad (also cleaned his plate).
I came out a hero and all I did was follow the instructions.

i have searched and cannot find a bone in fully cooked skin on anywhere , even when I called Dakin they told me the skin was only partial help please !
