Hi Dawn, as long as it's 9×13-inch baking dish, that should work just fine, however aluminium is not my choice of dish as the tomato sauce is highly acidic and reacts directly with bare aluminum. Prolonged contact will leach a noticeable tinny, metallic taste into your dish, so try to put it in containers after it's cooked. Xx

In reply to Jennifer. Hi Jennifer, thank you so much for bringing this to my attention! This was a mistake when splitting out the steps. Its only cook for 40mins, then an additional 10 mins. I have fixed the post THANKYOU! Xx

I’ve made this several times in the past, but I think the steps have changed? I only originally baked it for 40 minutes total and now it seems to be 80 minutes plus the additional 10? Has this been changed or did I accidentally just skip that step in the past? By the way, this is my absolute favorite lasagna ever!

Hi, I want to try your lasagna recipe and it’s my first time making it. What type/ size pan can be used or doesn’t it matter? I have a deep aluminum lasagna pan but it’s not glass or ceramic.

I don’t know who’s mama it is that makes this lasagna, but thank her for me. good heavens this was a delicious lasagna. I’d been craving lasagna and this recipe magically appeared in my feed somehow. The best part, I think, is the leftovers this is going to provide me.
