THESE ARE THE BEST. I am obsessed. A couple substitutions I did because of what I had around the house:
1 chia egg (1TB chia seeds + 3TB water)
coconut sugar instead of white sugar
coconut oil instead of vegetable oil
and I didn’t add the chocolate chips but that’s just cuz I didn’t have any.

These are absolutely the best chocolate cookies I’ve ever eaten. Now I’m making them for Thanksgiving and Christmas to patches. Thank you so much.

Fantastic recipe! I found that adding 2Tbs of water helps just a bit, but they turned out great!
