I use your chimichurri recipe all the time for steak (it’s the best!) — I don’t know why it took me this long to use it on chicken! This recipe was so tasty! I like crispy chicken skin, so I used bone-in pieces with the skin on. I made it for my fam, so I upped the quantity (I think I made 11-12 pieces) and doubled the chimichurri, marinating with 8 tbsp and reserving the rest. I browned the chicken in a cast iron and then moved it to a 425-degree oven for a while until the chicken temped above 165 and was crispy and looked great. Then I served with the reserved chimichurri. My family went absolutely crazy for it — thanks again!

Fantastic sauce – for those of you who cannot find the chili peppers, try this……jarred Crushed Calabrian chilis…..you can get them from Amazon or any specialty food store. You only need a teaspoon . Keep the rest in the fridge! They are so handy!!!!

In the picture of the Chimichurri it looks like there is onion in the sauce?? I see white chunks … or is that the garlic?
